"Absolutely unprofessional staff. They refused to accept my KYC when the rules say KYC can be done from ANY branch. Please educate the staff! It was sheer laziness and no desire to work. Going to bank branches like these makes one think is this the ease of doing business in India? Horrible condition of public banks. The bank branch nearby (sector 45) accepted my KYC and helped me out. Thanks to them!"

"When to Bhangel Canara bank 2 days back at 11am. They said Adhaar update service is available but customers need to take a token at 9am. So Today we went there at 8:30 am and they said, they do not do any adhaar update. Also their behavior was very rude. Useless staff. They don't want to work."

"Staff not responsive towards customers. The roads leading to this branch are not approachable because of repair work on the main stretch. There is no cash in this ATM very often. Please do not open a bank account in this Canara bank branch . The branch is semi locked to give restricted access to the customers and not friendly to disabled and senior citizen people. The guard who is supposed to sit at the entrance enjoys the AC inside the branch and interferes with the customers activities. Simple tasks like ATM card activation requires you to go to the branch like twice or thrice .. Competes with SBI regarding lunch time mode (sarcasm :) ). I went at around 145 once and i am rushed by the guard to go outside by 155 pm.. He always roams freely inside the branch instead of doing guard activities at the entrance. You can find the grill gate at 3/4th closed... Not advised to open any new accounts here.. By mistake, I have transferred my account from CR Park to here as I thought it is the nearest one to my home in Noida... Don't recommend this branch unless there is no other way.Better have your accounts in different branch even if it is far away..!"
